This elegant and efficient four story office building has been designed with flexibility in mind, capable of housing restaurants, a roof bar, shops as well as offices. The design focuses on an interior court yard rather than the noise and dust of the street. The slender and tall design, the high ceilings and careful location of windows and their shading, maximizes cross ventilation, making it an economical building to operate by allowing the tenants to open every window most of the year. This building will be one of the first in Belize designed with an elevator.
